Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Corresponding Author 

Please, report clearly who is responsible for correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, including post-publication. Make sure that the e-mail address and the complete postal address are provided. Full postal addresses must be given for all co-authors.

Style 

We accepts papers in Microsoft Word (.doc) electronic form only. Please note that papers must be correctly formatted in order to be accepted. 

Formatting instructions can be found in the following Template and must be strictly followed. 

Papers should be written in English or in Bahasa Indonesia and submitted in the final camera-ready form. It is mandatory to submit your original work in Microsoft Word format (.doc) by using our online manuscript submission system. We will do the final formatting and all necessary format conversions of your paper. 

You have to go to the "Online Submission" and upload your paper by using the online interface. All subsequent versions should be uploaded by using the same paper ID and your defined password. 

At least four keywords or phrases arranged alphabetically and separated by commas have to be present after the abstract section. 

As all papers of Jurnal Industri Kreatif dan Informatika : Seminar Series are published online, the type of manuscripts are accepted: regular papers - seven to fifteen pages.

The author(s) whose article is published in the Jurnal Industri Kreatif dan Informatika Series (JIKIS) attain the copyright for their article. By submitting the manuscript to the journal, the author(s) agree with this policy. No special document approval is required.

The author(s) guarantee that their article is original, written by the mentioned author(s), has never been published before, does not contain statements that violate the law, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is held exclusively by the author(s), and is free from the rights of third parties, and that the necessary written permission to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author(s).

The author(s) retain all rights to the published work, such as (but not limited to) the following rights:

Copyright and other proprietary rights related to articles, such as patents, The right to use the substance of the article in its own future works, including lectures and books, The right to reproduce articles for its own purposes, The right to archive articles yourself, and The right to enter into separate additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of published versions of articles (for example, posting them to institutional repositories or publishing them in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

If the article was prepared jointly by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that they have been given permission by all co-authors to agree to copyright and license notices (agreements) on their behalf, and agree to notify the co-authors of the terms of this policy. Jurnal Industri Kreatif dan Informatika Series (JIKIS)  will not be held responsible for anything that may arise because of the writer's internal dispute. Jurnal Industri Kreatif dan Informatika Series (JIKIS)  will only communicate with correspondence authors.

Authors should also understand that once published, their articles (and any additional files, including data sets, and analysis/computation data) will become publicly available. The license of published articles (and additional data) will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently featured on the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Jurnal Industri Kreatif dan Informatika Series (JIKIS)  allows users to copy, distribute, display and perform work under license.

Users need to attribute the author(s) and Jurnal Industri Kreatif dan Informatika Series (JIKIS)   to distribute works in journals and other publication media. Unless otherwise stated, the author(s) is a public entity as soon as the article is published
