Abstract

In the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education is not optimal. One of them is the management of tuition fee data in some schools still using conventional methods and not computerized, which means that they have not used the information system. Based on the above problems, this study aims to design and develop a web-based information system and use an SMS Gateway which can help manage SPPM payment data. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model for its development which includes four stages, namely analysis, design, implementation, and testing. This web-based information system was developed using PHP and MySQL, and to display the interface using the responsive design of the Bootstrap Framework. The web-based SPP payment information system and the SMS Gateway were developed using PHP, MySQL, and the Bootstrap Framework. The development stage includes the needs analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage and the Test stage.
