Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Jasa Steam Wash Berbasis Desktop

Steam Wash Clean and Cling is a deskop-based service business management system in the field of washing services for two and four wheeled vehicles. This system aims to help maximize vehicle wash services. The model of software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) which consists of stages of analysis, the tools used for modeling are Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. The design stages are made with the ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) architecture design, and the User Interface. The implementation process is done by using an Access database and using Visual Studio C#. The testing process The information system uses the black-box testing method. This research produces a desktop-based steam wash service information system that is used for the management of Steam Wash "Clean and Cling" services.
